MEET LORELLE

After starting out as a young kitchen hand in a catering company in rural New Zealand, it was time to come across the ditch to Melbourne. My cookery apprenticeship began in Essendon, and finished at the grand old Windsor Hotel. After working for a while with event caterer’s “Life’s a Party”, the time came to move to Echuca with our young family in the 90s.

In Echuca we opened Café Tic Toc where, Two Tarts Catering was established in 2003. For over 20 years we have been catering weddings and events all over Victoria & southern NSW.

 

We also contract for the Echuca Racing Club (for over 20 years now) and Tindarra Resort, and now have a permanent commercial kitchen based at Dungula Event Centre in Moama.

 

It has been a fantastic journey so far!

THE CHEFS

At Two Tarts Catering, we are passionate about creating unique and memorable culinary experiences.

 

We are a mother-daughter team. Two experienced chefs who have a love for food and a commitment to excellence that is reflected in every dish we create. Lorelle and Steph both trained in culinary skills at high quality Melbourne institutions and have lifelong experience in hospitality.

 

We work closely with our clients to design menus that are tailored to their specific tastes and preferences.
